Our team creates a comprehensive design proposal including 3D renderings, material selections, container recommendations, and detailed pricing. You'll receive multiple layout options to choose from, each tailored to your space and style.

Design Review & Approval
Your Timeline
We present the design proposal via video call or in-person meeting. You can request revisions, discuss alternative materials, or adjust the scope. Once you're delighted with the design, we proceed to scheduling and ordering materials.
Deposit: 50% upon approval
Material Preparation
2-3 Weeks
We order all custom shelving, containers, hardware, and accessories. Oak shelving is crafted to specification, containers are selected and labeled, and all materials are prepared for installation. You'll receive updates throughout this process.
Communication: Weekly progress updates

2-4 Days (depending on size)
Our professional team arrives to install shelving, lighting, and all organization systems. We work efficiently while respecting your home. Most installations are complete within 2-4 days, though larger walk-in pantries may require additional time.
Preparation: Please empty pantry contents before installation
Organization & Styling

Once installation is complete, we transfer your ingredients into new containers, group items logically, apply labels, and style shelves for optimal aesthetics and functionality. This is where your pantry truly comes to life.
Your role: Available for questions about ingredient preferences
Final Walk-Through
1 Hour
We tour your completed pantry together, explaining the organization system, providing maintenance tips, and ensuring you're completely satisfied. Any final adjustments are made immediately. You'll also receive a care guide for your new pantry.
Final payment: Balance due upon completion

Your relationship with us doesn't end at installation. We're available for questions, can provide additional containers as needed, and offer seasonal refresh services to maintain your pantry's pristine condition year after year.
